Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to the planning committee (info@eudec2008.org).

Please note that registrations can be transferred to another member of your organisation at no penalty costs; however, notice must be provided in writing to the planning committee.

If registration is to be cancelled the following penalties apply:

• If a cancellation is received prior to 15 June 2008, a refund equal to 75% of the total amount paid will be offered.
• If a cancellation is received on or after 15 June 2008, a refund equal to 25% of the total amount paid will be offered.
• If a cancellation is received after 10 July 2008, no refund will be offered.
